Returning a product

Have something to return? No need to stress!

You can return or exchange a product within 30 days from the shipping date, as long as it is unused, unworn, and unwashed. The refund will be credited back to the card that was used for the original transaction.

Please note that undergarments, socks, swimwear, face coverings, and custom and/or personalized items cannot be returned. These items are considered Final Sale.

Please ensure that all items are returned with their original hangtags, instructions, and packaging. We carefully inspect all products upon receipt before processing your refund. If the product is missing its original packaging and/or hangtags, we will issue a refund in the form of store credit at the current list price.

Unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect item ordered, original shipping will not be refunded, and the cost of the provided return label will be deducted from the return.

Holiday Season

We're excited to let you know that during the Holiday season, we're offering an extended return period for exchanges or refunds. You'll have until January 31st of the following year to make any returns. Please note that returns made after this date will be issued as store credit.
